Overview

TMC respects intellectual-property rights. The Interface primarily displays public on-chain data and third-party-provided token metadata and images that TMC does not create or host at source. If you believe content made accessible through the Interface infringes your copyright, you may send a notice.

Filing a Notice

Send to pro.tmc.com@gmail.com, subject "DMCA Notice":

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears (URL or clear description).
3. Your contact information (name, email, address).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Where appropriate and technically feasible, we will remove or disable access to the identified material within the Interface (e.g., hiding it from display, or removing an infringing user comment). Because much of the content is public on-chain data or hosted by third parties, our ability to act may be limited to what we display or link to.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was an error, send a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information and any consent to jurisdiction required by law; and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe.
