Multi buy protection

What it does

• When it is on, the first buy of a coin goes out as usual. A second buy of the same coin inside the window is blocked, and a message tells you why and how to turn the guard off.
• The window is 3, 5 or 10 seconds. The default is 5 seconds.
• It only looks at the same coin. A buy of another coin is never blocked, and a sell is never blocked.
• Pressing again while the guard is waiting does not restart the wait.
• It covers the buy buttons across the terminal: the lightning buttons of Trenches, the buttons of the coin page and the ticket.

Turn it on

1. Open Orders in the settings.
2. Turn on Multi buy protection.
3. Pick the window: 3, 5 or 10 seconds.
4. Buy as usual. If you press buy twice on the same coin inside the window, the second press is blocked.

Open the Orders settings.

Good to know

• The count lives on your device, in the page. TMC does not store it.
• If you want to place several buys on the same coin on purpose, leave the guard off or pick the shortest window.
• It only decides whether your press goes through. It never changes a trade that already left.
