One fee per trade

1.25%

+ 0.00097 SOL per trade. That is it.
One percentage and one small fixed amount, on every buy and every sell, collected on-chain inside your own trade transaction. No subscription, no tiers to unlock, no extra fee for speed.

TMC does not charge: account opening or maintenance fees · deposit or withdrawal fees · inactivity fees · KYC fees · fees for speed · fees for browsing, searching, or viewing charts. The 1.25% platform fee (plus 0.00097 SOL on 1-Click trades), the snipe fee of 1.5% plus 0.00097 SOL, and the 0.00097 SOL payout fee when you claim Rewards are the complete list for trading. Everything else you do as a trader is paid to the Solana network, or not paid at all. Selling on a Desk has its own plans, see Desks below.

How it works

When you place a trade, TMC builds the full transaction in your browser: your swap plus a transfer of the platform fee. You sign one transaction; the network settles both atomically. If your trade fails, no fee is taken: the fee only exists inside a confirmed trade.

Verify it yourself. Every fee is an on-chain transfer inside your own trade transaction. Open any of your trades on a Solana explorer and you'll see the exact fee, to the lamport.

Example

If you buy with 1 SOL of input: the platform fee is 0.0125 SOL, and 0.9875 SOL is used to acquire tokens. On a 1-Click trade, the 0.00097 SOL travels in the same transfer. The exact amounts are visible in the transaction you sign.

The 0.00097 SOL on 1-Click trades covers the secure signing infrastructure behind instant, prompt-free execution. Trades signed with an extension wallet (Phantom, Solflare) do not pay it.

Rewards: part of the fee comes back

Cashback. Cashback is your tier percentage (20% or 35%) of 0.50% of the volume you trade. Trade 1 SOL and you earn 0.0010 SOL at the 20% tier, 0.00175 SOL at the 35% tier. See Cashback.

Referrals. A referrer earns their tier percentage (20%, 35% or 50%) of 1% of the trading volume of the people they referred. Trade 1 SOL and a referrer at the 20% tier earns 0.0020 SOL, at 35% 0.0035 SOL, at 50% 0.0050 SOL. Cashback and referral rewards are calculated separately from the trading volume: one never reduces the other. Referral rewards never expire. See Referrals.

Unlike other terminals, TMC gives back a large share of its fees: cashback to active traders, and a reward to the people who bring them. One level only: you earn on the traders you bring, never on the people they bring.

Desks

Desks are free. Opening a Desk, joining a free Desk and following a Desk cost nothing. A Desk that sells access is a Paid Desk: its owner sets the price in SOL, and TMC adds nothing on top of it. A fee only appears on the selling side, and only when something is sold. SOL prices only, no conversion.

Sell with Plus	0.84 SOL a year + 9.7% + 0.0097 SOL per sale	A lighter plan for your first sales. Paid upfront for the year, or 0.1 SOL a month taken from your sales. 1 Paid Desk.
Claim Desk earnings	0.00097 SOL	Per payout of up to 2 SOL, deducted from the amount you claim, like Rewards.

The commission comes out of the seller's share of each payment (pass, renewal or upsell). It is never added to what a member pays, and no cashback or referral reward applies to these payments. A plan is needed to sell anything. A monthly plan is paid from the seller's sales, never from the seller's wallet, and never for more than the seller sold that month. A yearly plan that is not renewed continues as a monthly plan. TMC gives at least 7 days' notice before changing a plan, and a change only applies to periods that start after it.

Solana network fees

Every Solana transaction pays a small network fee ("gas") directly to the network, typically ~0.0001 to 0.001 SOL per trade depending on congestion and your priority-fee setting. During high-traffic events, you may need a higher priority fee for your transaction to land quickly. TMC has no control over network fees and receives none of them, nor any part of your priority fee or tip. See Priority fee and tip.

Fee changes

TMC may adjust fees at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform with reasonable advance notice, apply only to future trades (never retroactively) and be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use TMC after a fee change is announced, you consent to the updated fees.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your trading activity, in your jurisdiction. TMC does not provide tax advice and does not withhold any tax.
