Overview
The "TMC" and "Trading Meme Coins" names, logos, and brand elements (the "TMC Marks") are trademarks of TMC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the TMC Marks except as expressly permitted below.
Permitted Use
You may use the TMC Marks only to refer to the Interface truthfully and descriptively (e.g., "works with TMC"), without altering them, and without implying sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership where none exists.
Prohibited Use
You may not: use the TMC Marks in a way likely to cause confusion; use them in your own product, service, domain, token, social account, or company name; alter, imitate, or create confusingly similar marks; or use them to disparage TMC or in connection with unlawful activity. TMC does not issue or endorse any token; any token using the TMC name or logo is not affiliated with or endorsed by TMC.
Third-Party Marks
Other names and logos on the Interface — including "Solana," "Phantom," "Solflare," "Jupiter," "Turnkey," "TradingView," and token names and logos — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners or by TMC. See the TradingView Attribution page.
